What makes someone buy your product? Better yet, what makes someone love your product? What makes someone love your product and tell others all about it? Typically, what makes someone buy a product is the benefit they perceive they’ll get from using the product. It’s what happens next that makes all the difference.

If you’ve had a great experience at a restaurant, or if you’ve read a great book, or seen a great movie, what do you do? Most of the time you tell everyone you know that they should try it out, give it a read, or go see it. Unfortunately, the same is true for bad experiences, too. Except rather than encourage people to give it a try, you warn them to stay away. YOu share your bad experience in hopes of saving someone else from the same bad experience.
